Coronavirus Concerns

Given the circumstances surrounding the coronavirus, we understand there are many questions and concerns regarding the possible cancellation of the AGM. We are working closely with the organizing committee, and once we have a clear picture of the various cancellation policies and contractual obligations we will make a decision around a drop dead date for cancelling the AGM. We will post this information as soon as we have all the necessary information. We will do our best to provide clarity as soon as possible.  A reminder that travel is the trustees responsibility and they should check with their travel provider as to their refund policy. Thank you for your understanding.
