CONVENTION FEES


Delegate Fee:

Early Bird Registration – On or before March 16, 2019 - Cost: $650/person
Registration after – March 16, 2019 – Cost: $700/person

The delegate fee includes convention materials, speaker sessions, and all meals, with the exception of the Administrator’s Workshop on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Delegate fees are non-refundable, however replacement names will be accepted.


Companion Fee:

Early Bird Registration – On or before March 16, 2019 - Cost: $325/person
Registration after – March 16, 2019 – Cost: $350/person

The companion fee includes the Thursday Reception, Friday breakfast, Friday lunch, Friday Barbeque, Saturday breakfast and Saturday Gala Banquet. Companion fees are non-refundable, however replacement names will be accepted.


Administrators’ Workshop & Lunch Fee:

This workshop is an opportunity for senior administrators from across Canada to learn and network. It takes place on Thursday, May 30th from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The $50 registration fee includes lunch.


Accommodation Fees:

There are 164 rooms blocked at the Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre for May 30-June1, 2019, which can only be booked through ACSTA.

Accommodation requested through the registration process will be included in the Total Convention fee. ACSTA has blocked some rooms for Wednesday, May 29, 2019, which can be requested at the time of registration, but will be based on availability. Accommodation fees are non-refundable, however replacement names will be accepted.

Coast Canmore Hotel Room Rate (including applicable taxes):
Single/Double Room - $200.48

Once the guestroom block is sold out at the Coast Canmore Hotel, delegates will have to make their own accommodation arrangements. Below is a listing of properties within a short walking distance from the Coast Canmore Hotel:

Grande Rockies (6 minutes) 
(When booking at the Grande Rockies please indentify yourself as being with the Alberta Catholic School Trustees’ Association for 10% off current rates)

Meal Tickets

Extra tickets for the Friday evening Barbeque ($66 each) and Saturday Gala Banquet ($76 each) are available for purchase. Individual meal tickets for the Thursday reception, breakfast or lunch are not available for purchase. Companions who want to partake in these meals will have to register as a companion.


Total Convention Fees - includes delegate fee, companion fee, administrators’ workshop, accommodation and extra Friday and Saturday dinner tickets, plus an administration fee for use of RegOnline and credit card payment service charge.


Payment – Payment for Total Convention Fees will be collected as part of the RegOnline process (payment options: VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express).


Pre-Convention & Companion Activities

After the Convention registration check-out, Delegates and Companions can register and pay for their pre-convention or companion activities. They will be directed to a separate portal operated by Discover Banff Tours.

Elections

CCSTA is currently accepting nominations for the positions of President and Vice-President of the Association.

The deadline to submit nominations is May 4, 2019 at 10:15 AM (MST).  Voting will take place during the lunch hour on Friday, May 31, 2019

Proxies

In accordance with CCSTA by-laws, every trustee member may, by means of a proxy, appoint a person to attend and vote at the AGM on their behalf.
